would you prefer to be blind or deaf

i would prefer be deaf because i think is better to see and not to hear.
the other reason is that i would like to learn the signals to talk .one time i saw a girl that doesnt talk,it was so scarry because she only talk with the signals and she talk to me and i dont understand.thats why i think is better to see than to hear
